What is Return & Refund Policy?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. As each piece is handcrafted to order, a 20% restocking fee applies to moissanite jewellery and a 30% restocking fee applies to lab-grown diamond jewellery.

Are Solitaire Shine's lab diamonds certified?

Yes. Solitaire Shine lab diamonds are certified you will recieve IGI soft copy with 2-3 days of order and hard copy with the order.

When can I expect my ring to arrive?

Each ring is made to order and arrives in approximately 3–4 weeks, including 2–3 weeks for preparation and 5–7 business days for shipping.

Can I customize my jewellery design?

Yes. You can customize various elements such as the metal type, stone shape, size, setting style, and overall design to create a piece that reflects your personal style.

Do you offer resizing?

We offer one complimentary resize within one full size up or down from its original size. We do not recommend resizing more than two times as this can compromise the overall structural integrity of the ring. Full eternity bands and men’s pieces are unable to be resized. Does the ring include a warranty?

Yes. We offer a Lifetime Jewelry Warranty & Support covering eligible manufacturing defects. Qualifying repairs are completed at no repair cost.
