Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 5–9 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Please note:
- Solitaire Shine is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather conditions, customs clearance, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- If a customer changes the delivery address directly with the shipping carrier while the package is in transit, Solitaire Shine will not be responsible for any resulting delays, delivery issues, or lost packages.
Free Delivery
We proudly offer free shipping on all eligible orders.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by local authorities in their respective countries.
Product Changes Before Shipment
If a customer requests modifications to their order before shipment, including changes to ring size, metal type, stone selection, or design details, the manufacturing timeline will restart from day one to ensure quality craftsmanship.
