At Solitaire Shine, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every jewelry piece we create. We are pleased to offer a Lifetime Warranty on all eligible jewelry so you can wear your pieces with confidence for years to come.
We are committed to caring for your jewelry whenever it requires servicing or repair. In addition, you may send your jewelry to us at any time for a complimentary professional cleaning and inspection to ensure it continues to sparkle beautifully and remain in excellent condition.
What Our Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Complimentary cleaning and inspection services
- Repair services for eligible jewelry during the lifetime of ownership
Warranty Limitations
While we are happy to assist with repairs and maintenance, the following conditions apply:
- Physical or accidental damage is not covered under this warranty.
- Repairs and resizing must only be performed by authorized Solitaire Shine jewelers.
- The warranty does not include replacement of lost center stones or focal gemstones.
- We strongly recommend obtaining jewelry insurance to protect against loss, theft, or accidental damage.
- Some jewelry pieces feature one-of-a-kind gemstones. If replacement is necessary, we will do our best to provide a similar stone; however, exact color, shape, or type cannot be guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our studio for repairs, inspections, and cleaning services.
- International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes associated with repair shipments.
Repair Service Terms
- All manufacturing and repair work is provided free of charge within the first one year of ownership, excluding replacement of focal stones.
- After the first year, a reasonable labor and/or material fee may apply depending on the nature of the repair.
- Normal wear and tear are expected with daily jewelry use. Our repair specialists will inspect your piece and notify you of any additional repair costs if damage exceeds normal wear.
Warranty Void Conditions
This warranty becomes void if:
- The jewelry has been repaired, resized, or modified by a third-party jeweler
- The piece shows evidence of unauthorized alterations or misuse
